We offer various delivery options tailored to the nature of our products:
· Standard Shipping: For most products, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days by delivery partner(s) from the date of dispatch under normal circumstances.
· Estimated Timelines: All stated delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, actual delivery may be subject to variations due to unforeseen circumstances, logistical challenges, or regional factors.
2. Shipping Costs
· All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed to you at the checkout stage of your purchase, ensuring full transparency before you confirm your order.
· MaraM may, at its sole discretion, offer free shipping as part of promotional campaigns. Any such offers will be clearly communicated on the Website.
· Cash-on-Delivery (COD): No Cash-on-Delivery. Prepaid orders only.
3. Delivery Acceptance and Inspection
· The risk of loss and damage to Products transfers from MaraM to you upon the successful delivery of the Products to the address you have provided.
· We strongly recommend that you document unboxing video and thoroughly inspect all Products immediately upon delivery. Please note any visible damage, discrepancies, or missing parts on the delivery receipt or proof of delivery document before signing and accepting the delivery. This will facilitate a smoother exchange process if valid and required.
4. Non-Delivery and Redelivery Terms
· In the event of non-delivery occurring due to a mistake or inaccurate information provided by you (e.g., incorrect name, address, or contact details), any additional costs incurred by MaraM for redelivery shall be borne by you.
· You agree that the delivery address provided will be accurate and complete with landmarks wherever required, in all respects.
· Accessibility for Large Items: Please note that MaraM will not accept doorstep cancellations or facilitate delivery if the product cannot be delivered due to narrow staircases, lifts, or other accessibility limitations at your premises. It is your responsibility to verify the dimensions of the product and your premises before placing an order.
5. Geographic Limitations
· Services and product deliveries from the Website are available only to select geographies within India. Please check our serviceability for your pin code during the checkout process.
II. Exchange Policy (No Returns -No Exchange)
1. MaraM Initiated Cancellation
· MaraM reserves the right to cancel an order, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), suspected fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms of Service, or logistical constraints.
· In such instances, any payments made for the canceled order will be promptly refunded to you through the original online payment mode within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
2. Cancellation Charges Policy
· MaraM will not impose cancellation charges on consumers who cancel a purchase after confirmation (within 24 hours), unless MaraM itself incurs and bears similar charges if it unilaterally cancels the purchase order for any reason. This ensures fairness and compliance with Indian e-commerce regulations.
